If you are a resident of the unincorporated areas of Sacramento County and do not reside in a multi-family apartment complex of 5 units or more, you receive the following services:

Service Instructions:

To help us provide the best service possible,

  • Place containers at the curb no later than 6 am on your scheduled collection day
  • Place containers at least 6 feet from cars or any stationary object
  • Do not place containers under basketball hoops
  • Do not block sidewalks with containers
  • Do not overfill or compact materials in containers
  • Do not place unacceptable materials in your containers
  • Once emptied, remove containers from the street and place in your property storage area
